As a Regional Community Trainer, his task is insuring Homeland Security objectives and emergency information including methods to use equipment for the survival of residents and families of any community.

COMMUNITY VIGILANCE, A HOMELAND SECURITY Objective
Development of a RESILIANT community is the secondary goal of the community trainer. The ability to recover and get back to normal is the goal of the survivor. We must have survivors who can Team Rehabilitate our neighborhoods.

Hands -On
What are the day to day needs and relationships of your line staff who initiate and sustain public engagement? Ask about the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) development.

What are the scenarios that staff and/or clients need for giving hands on, individual quality customer service? The Logic Model is the tool for working line staff to calculate solutions in "real time".
